Volunteer activities that develop mothers’ professional skills
Palvelun toteuttaa Mothers in Business MiB ry
Participate in MiB volunteer activities that develop skills and provide meaningful activities in a supportive community.
MiB volunteers, whom we call actives, organise peer meetings and various events, do communications and run various projects around Finland at different locations and virtually, regardless of location. Volunteering develops skills and strengthens professional skills, and increases both personal and professional networks.
MiB employs around 300 volunteers in various tasks, which are assigned according to the volunteer's own interests and time management skills. Volunteers receive training and orientation from both the association's staff and volunteer leaders. Volunteering is suitable for people on family leave and those who are working. Children are always welcome to join in with their parents.

Volunteers in leadership roles must be members of the association, also for data security reasons.
